Carrie Prejean's Lawyer sues over 3X leak

Carrie Prejean's lawyer claims he knows exactly who leaked details to TMZ about a private mediation involving the beauty queen's homemade XXX video  ... and now he wants the alleged secret spillers to pay up.

Charles LiMandri -- Prejean's lawyer -- has filed a lawsuit against Miss California USA executives Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler -- and their lawyer -- accusing them all of feeding top secret information to various news outlets ... in particular, TMZ.

According to the docs, LiMandri claims the two sides agreed that everything that took place during the mediation was to be kept private. But somehow, LiMandri claims, accurate details involving everything from negotiation tactics .. to the fact that Carrie's mom actually watched the footage of Carrie's solo exploits ... somehow made its way to us.

LiMandri states that he was particularly shocked at how quickly TMZ was able to publish accurate details -- in fact, he states, "Moments after the Settlement Agreements were signed, TMZ posted a report that the parties had settled, and quoted the agreed upon joint statement."

So why is LiMandri suing? Dude says the Miss Cali USA people agreed to pay for a portion of his legal fees -- which he reduced in exchange for their silence.

But since LiMandri believes they broke the deal -- he wants his full rate ... plus punitive damages.

Demi Lovato's rumours...what??

Demi Lovato's rep has strongly rubbished rumours she's in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction.
The Camp Rock star, 18, pulled out of her joint tour with the Jonas Brothers last week to enter a clinic.
But since then, wild and unsubstantiated claims have been made that Demi is seeking treatment for substance abuse. 
But her spokesperson has set the record straight now.  
'Demi Lovato is not in treatment for drug or alcohol addiction,' her rep tells TMZ.
'As we have said since she entered treatment last week, Demi decided to seek help for emotional and physical issues she has battled throughout her life.
'She has taken this step in order to get her life in order. While we know many are interested in Demi and her life, we do ask for a modicum of privacy during this difficult time.'
Demi's spokesperson has not given any further details about what her 'emotional and physical issues' are.

I won't return to 'Football Wives': Deion Sanders' wife

Deion Sanders' wife Pilar is already telling her close friends that she absolutely will not return for another season of "Football Wives" ... despite the fact that Season One isn't even halfway over.

Sources close to the reality star tell us ... Pilar is sick of being "made to look like the villain" on the show and does not want to subject herself to another round of drama.

But that's not all Pilar is telling friends ... we're told she's unhappy with her castmates ... even telling one person, "Would they still call it "Football Wives" if their husbands aren't playing or are affiliated with NFL any longer?"

We're guessing this won't be Pilar's last fling with reality TV -- word on the street is that she and Deion are shopping around a new show ... but so far, it's unclear what it will be about.

Paris Hilton's BF -- No charges for driving over pap

Paris Hilton’s boyfriend Cy Waits will not be charged with a crime for an incident on the Sunset Strip in which he was caught on tape driving over a paparazzo ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. just wrapped up an investigation into the September incident -- and determined that Cy did not commit a hit-and-run after he drove a Bentley over the foot of a female photog who had gone into the street in an effort to shoot Cy and Paris.

Cy had always insisted that he came back to the scene and turned over the proper information to both the woman and the cops. 

Carrie Prejean -- With Child!!

Unto Carrie Prejean a child shall be born. Multiple sources tell TMZ the former Miss CA USA -- who legally married NFL QB Kyle Boller in July -- is now pregnant with the couple's first child. We are told she's a few months along.

Very Biblically correct.

Eddie Munster Rehab drug addiction...??

Butch Patrick -- the guy who played the original Eddie Munster -- has checked himself into a New Jersey rehab facility to seek treatment for a 40-year addiction to cocaine, weed and alcohol. 


Patrick's rep tells TMZ ... the 57-year-old actor checked himself in to the rehab clinic Wednesday afternoon -- in an effort to "get a grip on his addiction and educate himself."

We're told Patrick's family has been pushing for the actor to seek professional help for roughly 30 years ... and are "very happy and supportive" of his decision.

Patrick's rep adds, "We have thought he could possibly be a product of the child star problem ... and are thankful he will take control of his fate.”

Construction Co. scammed my Church:Mel Gibson

Mel Gibson believes he and his mega-church were targeted by a scheming construction company -- in a diabolical plot to bilk them out of millions of dollars ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ. 


It's the latest in Gibson's nasty legal war with Ramage Construction Company ... which Mel had hired in 2000 on behalf of the foundation that owns his church in Malibu. Ramage had first sued Gibson earlier this year for failing to pay for a portion of the work they did.

But according to the new docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- Mel claims Ramage had a secret plan to scam the foundation by billing them for "hundreds of thousands -- if not millions -- of dollars of work at [the church] that was unnecessary or excessive."

In the docs, Mel claims Ramage screwed up elevators, sprinkler mains, electrical wiring and botched a generator installation ... among numerous other problems and deficiencies.

Gibson also accuses Ramage of trying to use the media against him -- stating that the company went public with the original lawsuit "in an attempt to intimidate and embarrass Mr. Gibson and his foundation into paying them even more unwarranted sums."
